Philosophy of care
I believe patient-centered care is driven by empathy, honesty, equality and advocacy. My goal is to help you navigate the complex health care system, ensuring you understand all aspects of your diagnosis and treatment plan. I want patients to feel informed and empowered to make decisions that best align with their health goals and values. My role is not only to provide guidance, but also to create a partnership. My passions for helping others and lifelong learning led me into health care. I love getting to know my patients, learning their stories and offering comfort during times of stress and uncertainty. I chose to advance my education and become a nurse practitioner to be more involved in the management of care and to make a positive impact on the health and wellness of my patients. In my free time I love being outdoors, hiking in the desert and mountains out west, gardening and spending time with my family and pets. Education
